 Puppy Deposit Form

A deposit of $300 must be placed on a puppy in order to hold  a
puppy of your choice till he/she is 6 weeks old. You may place a
deposit on our present litter(s) or on our upcoming litter(s).
We reserve the right to make 1^st pick of any puppies from any
litters for ourselves.
If placing a deposit on our upcoming litter(s), puppies will be picked in
the order deposits are received. Depending on your choice of Pet
or Show prospect this will also determine where you are on the list.
We will notify you where you are on the list at that point, if the puppy
of choice is not conceived/available then you will have a choice to
move your deposit to the next litter or take a pup of choice from the
current litter.  If you choose to not take a pup from current litter or any
future litters your deposit is not refundable.
If you change your mind for any reason remember your deposit is not refundable.
